Duct type air conditioners supply conditioned air to several diffusers remote from the main unit, this means that one unit can be used for up to four rooms.
They are installed within the ceiling void or in some cases in the loft. A great benefit when installed in a private home is, all that can be seen in the room is a small unobtrusive grill.
The outdoor condenser unit is mounted on the outside of the house or even in the garden area.
